I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. They mean everything to me. They are like my children. I can say I feel 100% comfortable leaving them with the staff at the Bryi’s. My pets are happy when I come home, there are no accidents to clean up, and we make a big deal out of reviewing their very detailed “report cards” for every visit they received.
Many times I have arrived home early to find sitters, or even Briony, playing enthusiastically with the dogs. Even my next door neighbor commented on how impressed she was with the interactions she overheard through the fence. She said she could tell the sitters take the job seriously.
Everyone at The Bryi’s has gone above and beyond. They have come through for me in numerous emergency situations. They have even helped get a difficult dog into the car for vet visits. It is a huge relief to me to know that they are a text or an email away.
I like that all instructions are kept online so that any sitter has my very specific directions at any time. I also like keeping a key on file with the service for emergencies. I trust them with my pets and my house.
I use the sitters for trips and for daily visits while I am at work. I used to avoid going out of town because of having to leave my pets, but now I don’t worry a bit. They get excellent care while also having a lot of fun. We are all very lucky to know the Bryi’s team!
