We’ve been customers for over 6 years. We could not be more pleased and grateful for this amazing company. They make it easier to leave on vacation and know our home and precious cat are well cared for. We receive very thorough updates after every visit. Plus, photos of our sweet boy are usually included.
Kim has been coming for several years and she takes hysterical pics of him plus she has a great personality. Her reports always make us smile.
She consistently goes above and beyond, so we feel comfortable taking 2 week cruises and not stressing out.
One example is when we were on a cruise during the most recent freeze. Kim found the old sheets in the garage that we use for outside and took it upon herself to cover our outdoor plants. Then, after it warmed up she washed and dried them and left them folded up for us. I simply cannot convey how amazing her actions were!
In all the years I used them I’ve never had any problems or complaints. That’s a very rare thing to say.
