After spending the last ten years raising my three children, I wanted a way to ease myself back into the working world. I have been caring for all kinds of pets my whole life, and I love taking care of others’ pets. Becoming a pet sitter was the perfect solution for me.
I am originally from Illinois and moved to Kingwood during the 10th grade. I was unhappy about moving during high school, but thank goodness for my dog, Daisy, she helped me through that difficult time.
Like all people born to love animals, I discovered at a very early age that I have a special connection to them. I have felt unconditional love and comfort from all of my pets. I cannot imagine not having animals to hang out with and come home to. I love my family, but my dog Gemma doesn’t talk back and loves me no matter what is going on. I appreciate that.
My husband and I moved here to The Woodlands in 2009. Now we have three kids, and we all love it. We all have a deep love for animals and for my dog Gemma, a 3-year-old Doberman Pinscher, who is very spoiled and never lacks affection. Someone is always hugging her, although she doesn’t like that when she is sleeping.
During my free time, I love doing activities with my kids. We love going to the zoo. We love taking Gemma for a walk around the neighborhood, where she barks at all the squirrels.
