I am a Michigan native who has lived in a lot of places around the country, and made The Woodlands my home in September 2012. I have previously worked as a microbiologist and a business manager for an analytic company, but because of my love for animals I decided on a change of career. Animals have always been the number one focus in my life. I’ve been rescuing abandoned animals as long as I can remember and have been a vegetarian since I was four. Transitioning to a job as a pet sitter was a natural progression and it’s been one of the best decisions of my life.
I was born into a house with animals. I’ve owned everything from hamsters to horses and just about everything in between. I love my dogs unconditionally, but ultimately I am a cat woman! Currently I have four cats, Stumpey, Skye, Sabrina, and Amigo, and two dogs, Radar and Trixie. All are mixed breeds, but we suspect our dogs are Italian greyhound/Chihuahua mix. I also have a constantly rotating number of foster cats. Between my husband and our animals, I have a pretty full house!
